Have you ever wondered what it’s like, being with the dying? What kind of commitment one might expect in choosing to be involved with a dying individual and their family? “Who’s dying?” “Where?” “How?” “What are the rules?” “Is there a play book?” “What are some of the support roles that may be involved in a dying scenario?”
Holly Pruett, Life Cycle Celebrant, Officiant, founder of Death Talk Project (www.deathtalkproject.com), and principal organizer of PDX Death Cafe returns to Manzanita to share her wisdom and facilitate this group discussion.
A panel consisting of local Minister/Officiants, death doulas, celebrants, and individuals will also be present to share their experiences of being actively involved in lending support to the end of life process.
