This six-week series offered by the Art of Aging/Art of Dying will explore a different type of meditation practice each week. Whether you’re an experienced meditator or a curious beginner, join us each Sunday morning at 9. We’ll also be discussing some ways that meditation helps our bodies and minds as we age.
