Post Office Mural Talk

There were nine Post Offices in Oregon that received government mural commissions under the New Deal between 1935 and 1943.

We are fortunate today because all are still in place and many can be viewed during lobby hours.

Ginny Allen will discuss, in an illustrated lecture, the background of the murals, the artists who painted them and details that make each one unique.
