Spring here in the Coast is playing hide-and-seek with us, and as the soil warms and the days lengthen, all manner of things make an appearance. Changes manifest: new life materializes, or old scars are uncovered; long-neglected troubles surface, and new possibilities come into view.
Our theme for COMMUNITY WRITES for April May, and June is EMERGE … so send us your poetry, essay, fiction, or memoir — 800 words or less on whatever is cropping up in your creative soil. Joyful, threatening, poignant, or funny — we’re game for all of your emerging thoughts.
