Hoffman Center’s New Office
Due to the generous donation of painting labor by Mark Roberts, office furniture donated by Nike, and framing donated by Nehalem art framer “Art Happens,” we now have a spiffy bright new office for our executive director India Downes-Le Guin. A huge thank you to all.
The fresh white office walls are adorned with five original Lloyd Hoffman pastel chalk artworks that had been tucked away for safe keeping. Now you can see more of Lloyd Hoffman’s art which also includes large original oil paintings that grace the restrooms, black and white drawings lining the Writing Lounge and Art Library walls.
Stop in during winter gallery hours Friday through Sunday 1-4pm to view the office art and see the January gallery exhibit featuring the annual community color show “Scarlet.” Exhibit opens on Saturday January 7th with a celebratory community reception. We look forward to seeing you!
