Jennie Hoff (Canon Beach) retired after over 30 years of executive leadership in business strategy, operational management, software development, change management, and organizational leadership. Her career includes strategic technology roles at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and executive leadership roles in mid-size private organizations and six technology startups. Jennie has experience in the alternative lending, healthcare/medical, professional services, enterprise/SaaS software, environmental services, and oil/gas industries. In prior roles, she was a board director and/or chief operating officer at several private companies across different industries. Jennie also executed three successful turnarounds and led acquisition teams and corporate operations ensuring mergers were a success for both the companies and employees.

In addition to these corporate roles, Jennie is a social entrepreneur who founded GiveVesting/Impact Lending, an organization championing financial mechanisms to facilitate for-profit social enterprise business loans using charitable dollars. She also founded and runs her own consulting organization to provide strategic and operational services to both non-profits and for-profit social enterprises. She has served as a board director for a nonprofit focused on women enablement and education, as a board director for an arts association, as a board advisor for a JOBS act crowdfunding website and an environmental health organization, and she volunteers teaching and mentoring career skills and technology for marginalized women and youth. Jennie is passionate about combining traditional business models and instruments with charitable structures to increase the capacity for social and global impact.
