Creating with clay is joyful and fun – and also a perfect way to relieve stress!
Join us for a beginning hand-building class taught by Donna Miller. Donna started playing with clay in 2015 and truly believes we all have limitless potential to be creative and learn from each process while gaining insight from working with others.
Miller will teach basic hand-building techniques including prepping clay, using molds and templates, coiling and joining. Students will produce a bowl, lidded box and/or lantern in the first two sessions after which the works will dry and be bisque fired. The third session will be spent finishing and basic glazing pieces.
